Reading to the Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving children's literacy through reading sessions with rescue dogs. In a safe, judgment-free space, children build confidence, fluency, and a love for reading while also learning about animal rescue.

RTTR Visits Libraries in Los Angeles each month with dog that have either passed their canine good citizen, or our rigorous temperament testing.  We share a love of reading and animal welfare with children of all ages.

RTTR would love to visit your classroom with our certified Canine Good Citizen Rescue Dogs to read and educate on how we can best take care of animals in our community.

Angel's Fund was created to raise medical funds for animals at risk of euthanasia in the shelter due to treatable medical conditions.

Help us reduce shelter overcrowding in LA by sponsoring our spay/neuter clinics, providing low-cost or free services to prevent unwanted litters and save lives.
